Grandpa!

Can you unlock your tractor room? Here's the key!

Mom and Dad finished a room in their basement a few years ago for Dad's tractor collection. It would be a haven for all children who love to play with tractors. Anyway, they keep it locked and the key is actually hanging on a nail at the top of the door frame. Maddox climbed up there the other day and brought the key to Dad and asked him to open it for him. It's a good thing he hung it "high" so Gavin and Maddox couldn't reach it...don't you think! At least Maddox knew better than to help himself. We all got a kick out of it.

Sweet post and song. Time with grandparents is very special. How respectful of Maddox not to open that door! Great boys.

"Kids" of all ages love Grandpa's toy room. Even big kids like Justin, Kurt and Kiley (oh, and Ervan too) enjoy Grandpa's toy room. I like Grandpa's smile and the sparkle in his eyes when he's showing the kids his collection. I bet he was more than happy to open the door for the boys and let them dream about playing with all those toys.

Our grandkids never cease to surprise us.I never dreamt the little ones could get that key.We figured when they were big enough to reach the key they would be old enough to go in there by themselves. Not the case! I feel bad they cannot play with them, especially that blue auger wagon on the floor. they love that!!!!

My boys looked at this post super impressed and wonder if we know anyone who has a room like that. They were drooling!

It's pretty cool! I'm sure if anyone would like to look at them that Grandpa wouldn't mind. Tractors are definitely his thing...and it shows!
